Shipping Policy:
Orders will be processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 Business days of purchase. In the rare event of a product being out of stock, we will notify you by email of the estimated delay and give you the option of cancelling the delayed item(s) or waiting for delivery.
We use USPS (Priority Mail & Parcel Post) and UPS Ground to ship products. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required. We do not ship Internationally. Options (with cost information) for each level of service are provided at checkout. Return Policy:
The health and safety of birds is of prime importance to Just for Pets. Due to health concerns, certain items we sell (those that cannot be disenfected and sterilized) are non-returnable. These items include opened foods, toys, perches, cages, & playstands. Any returned items must be in a sealed original package and returned within 30 days. You must contact us regarding any returns prior to shipping. Customer will be responsible for any shipping fees involved in return. Any shiiping cost incurred will not be refunded, and returns for credit back to a credit card are subject to a 5% fee.
